Our responsibilities are clustered in three business areas: Operations Steering, Crew Planning & Control, Operations Research & Innovation.

• Support the Operations Planning & Steering leadership team in their business administrative tasks (e.g., preparation of presentations and analyses, organization of management meetings and facilitation)

• For this position, a minimum of 60-80% workload is preferred
• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in economics, business administration or similar education
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, demonstrating interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills (English and German)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization
• Strong communication skills and experience in conducting workshops, along with a background in change management
