Our focus is to maintain the airworthiness, safety and reliability of the aircraft structure & the corresponding components in line with type certificate & regulatory requirements.
- Ensures compliance of aircraft structure and related components with continuing airworthiness requirements issued by TC holders and airworthiness authorities.
- Provides Maintenance organisation with consultancy on technical issues (incl. on-call duty during non-office hours)
- Liaises with OEMs on technical issues
- Assesses and defines maintenance requirements and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), monitors their implementation and initiates corrective actions in case of deviations
- Assesses and proposes technical upgrades and modifications in order to improve reliability and optimize maintenance cost
- Conducts technical investigations in the frame of the Safety Management System (SMS)

- Higher educational degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master) in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of FOCA and EASA regulation (Part 145, Part M, Part 21)
- Proven practice in Airline / MRO Engineering or airframe maintenance for commercial aircraft is desirable
- AMOS Maintenance Information Systems knowledge is a plus
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills paired with solution- and aim-oriented thinking and acting
- Flexible, self-organized, proactive and capable to work under time pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German is an asset
- Willingness to be on-call in a rotational model
