Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital transformation? We are looking for a Group Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives that will boost our digital presence and improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics
- Develop and refine product strategy vision aligned with market trends and business goals
- Identify pain points in the customer journeys across online and offline channels
- Use data analytics to understand and track customers behavior, conversion metrics, and define the key KPIs for growth
- Lead Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases and stakeholder alignment
- Mentor and support product owners to foster growth and performance
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in IT, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in product management and leadership
- Expertise in Agile practices and a strong strategic analytical mindset
- Fluency in English; French or German is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- 13th monthly salary
