As a "Shop Team Leader", you will be responsible for the overall daily operation in your Nestlé shop.
A Day in the Life of a Shop Team Leader
- Ensure daily engagement of the team to achieve sales and profit goals for the shop
- Optimize assortment, layoutings, and local promotion margin profitability
- Reach average basket, optimize 2POS placement, and meet turnover sales targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and flawless execution of sales activities
- Increase business opportunities in the local area, support local initiatives, and develop new business partners nearby
- Ensure team engagement (3 direct reports), role clarity, and fair treatment
- Coach adherence to Nestlé Shop Strategy, category management, and instore activities
- Ensure smooth shop operations, quality execution, and operational standards
What will make you successful
- 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Retail
- Previous experience in team management
- High customer and service orientation
- Good sales and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Results-focused and priority setting abilities
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with CEGID or similar cashier system is a plus
- Fluent in French, German & English are a plus
