Your role is crucial in guaranteeing these items are delivered on time to the respective base maintenance provider, ensuring the aircraft is dispatched promptly
- Responsible for the Base Maintenance provider and further stakeholders concerning all material required to perform an ON TIME Base Maintenance Event.
- Responsible for material pre-load to the Base Maintenance provider, following contractual delivery obligations, including issuing parts from stock from our ERP system AMOS
- Responsible for purchase and timely supply of spare parts in check ground-time. Ensure that parts covered with pool contracts are ordered and delivered on time.
- Ensure and monitor goods receiving and label booking for parts being installed aircraft during the check ground time in AMOS
- Monitor transfer, receipt and return delivery from Base maintenance provider on time, referring to contractual obligations

- Successful apprenticeship in commercial area (‘KV’) or technical apprenticeship with commercial training (‘Handelsschule’ or ‘Technischer Kaufmann’) required
- More than 3 years of working experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain
- Working experience in the airline / MRO industry is an advantage
- AMOS experience is an advantage
- Technical understanding and high a?nity of technical environment
- Demonstrates problem solving attitude
- Pro?cient in the use of MS O?ce Suite
- Ability to manage stressful situations and con?icts
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communicator and ?exible team player
- Flexible working hours (weekends included)
- Perform travel duties for shorter or longer periods during the year
