Position:
Join a Swiss private bank passionate about enhancing the effectiveness of its Cross-border control framework. Support the Bank's second line of defense through regular monitoring, control activities, and risk assessments. Would suit those coming from business risk, front compliance or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Define, execute, and maintain Cross-border controls
- Conduct compliance reviews on specific markets
- Coordinate monitoring activities with international locations
- Prepare analyses, assessments, and management reports
- Provide guidance on Cross-border matters
Profile:
- Degree in Banking, Compliance, Law, Risk Management, or Business Administration
- Around 3-5 years of experience in Cross-border Banking or Business Risk Management
- Proven success in monitoring and control activities
- Solution-oriented with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Happy to work in the office, full-time (no home working)
