Role Summary
As a Client Manager - Insurance, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, offering comprehensive assistance and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of customer service.
Location: Zurich (with willingness to travel 1-2 days per week) or Geneva
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact, addressing all client queries and providing timely and effective support.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services and solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
Your Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in client management or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Fluency in French and English is a must; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
