The role
We are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join our team, focusing on innovative projects in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Agile methodologies, demonstrate good skills in leading teams to successful project delivery within agreed scope and quality, facilitate communication between delivery team and external stakeholders.
Role responsibilities
- Integrate and facilitate Agile processes within project team; guide the team in agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Responsible for project tracking and reporting - monitor project progress, maintain Agile metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status, risks and dependencies of the project
- Monitor project resources – allocate and manage resources effectively including team capacity planning and optimal team performance
- Risk management and problem solving – identify, assess and mitigate risks that impact project timelines or quality
- Manage stakeholders – serve as point of contact between delivery team and external stakeholders
- Keep healthy communication with your team and client
- Learn from your colleagues and teach them what you know
Minimum qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead in software development companies
- Experience in managing web and mobile product projects
- Ability to create project plans and progress reports, set objectives pre-agreed with the client and ensure plan execution by all stakeholders
- Deep understanding and practical experience with different Agile methodologies
- Excellent team leadership, team and people management, conflict resolution skills
- Good communication skills (everything from showing empathy and being able to present your ideas clearly to resolving conflicts in a non-violent way)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Internal drive to learn, improve and succeed
Preferred qualifications
- Good knowledge of project management tools
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools
- Technical background (previous software developer role, QA, DevOps)
- Ability to understand business domains & verticals

Your process
Here’s what to expect from the interview process:
Intro Call with the Talent Team (30 mins) – If your skills and experience match the role requirements, our Talent team will contact you to arrange a MS Teams call. The aim of this call is to get to know you and for you to find out more about Valtech. After this call, if we feel like you are a good match for the role, you’ll be invited to a First-stage interview.
First-Stage Interview (90 minutes) - This will typically be a Q&A style interview, lasting approximately 90 minutes. This process is designed to help our team find out about your skills and experience but also what you enjoy and what motivates you. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask our team questions and learn more about us.
Making a Decision - Following the interview process, our hiring team will get together to discuss feedback and make a final decision. We aim to get back to you as soon as we possibly can!
Our average recruitment process takes around three to four weeks. You will be assigned a dedicated member of our Talent team to support you throughout the process.
