Field Force Quality Professional (Retail Marketing)

We are seeking a Field Force Quality Professional (100%) for a permanent position in our retail marketing team.

In Switzerland, Samsung Electronics relies on merchandisers and promoters to maintain the POS in retail outlets through a representative. The Field Force Quality Professional oversees these roles, ensuring quality standards are met and improvements are made to store segmentation and retail reporting. It is key to work with other departments to optimize processes, analyze data, and implement action plans based on their findings.

• define and continuously improve and adapt store segmentation for all product categories
• develop and oversee Field force operations and intelligence systems, including retail dashboard/reporting, mystery shopping, and Field force quality checks
• set and monitor Field Force KPIs, including monitoring of product knowledge, store visits, maintenance/VOC, and sales-related performance targets
• coordinate and liaison with external agencies, including supervision, coaching, and development of plans
• set targets and evaluate promoters, including performance reviews and development of improvement strategies
• lead regular Field force meetings, such as briefings, and best practice discussions
• are responsible for project management, including budgeting, implementation planning, invoicing, and documentation
• work closely with other departments to improve data quality, perform data analysis, and plan and implement actions based on big data analysis
• continuously optimize processes and improve the efficiency of the Field Force
• perform continuous market monitoring and adjust strategies based on insights
• ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards across the Field Force
• set up and lead regular retail meetings up to top management level

• have a degree in business administration or similar
• already have 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position and environment
• are well versed in PowerBI and database management
• have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

• have very strong project management skills
  • are fluent in German and English, French is a plus
  • have a strong "hands-on mentality" and consider analytical thinking and the preparation of figures to be your strengths
  • have a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style
  • are a committed, team-oriented and resilient personality
