Senior scientist antibodies discovery (m/w/d)
On behalf of our estimated Client, a prestigious Biotech company in Bellinzona, we are currently looking for a "Senior scientist antibody discovery" in order to strengthen its structure.
Specifically, her/his main duties and responsibilities will be related to:
Antibody discovery using proprietary nanobody display libraries
Perform antibody selection strategies from antigen design to candidate characterization
Manage the scientific relationship and projects partners
Presentation and discussion of results in internal and external meetings
Design and implementation of Laboratory Operating Procedures
Track record of design and execute selection campaign using antibody display technoogy
Deep knowledge of antibody characterization
Experience in design, engineering and characterization of antigens and antibodies as preclinical leads and development candidates
Experience in expression, purification and characterization of recombinant proteins is a plus
Experience with phage library construction
You are highly motivated, flexible and with scientific curiosity
High level of presentation skills
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
