Your Tasks:

• Collaborate in defining products, processes, or services while considering customer needs, external suppliers, and internal production and resource requirements.
• Develop concepts and construct components and assemblies.
• Develop manufacturing processes while considering feasibility, risks, quality, and costs.
• Conduct technical discussions with customers, suppliers, purchasing, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely documentation and information for project implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching during project implementation, including proactive problem-solving.
• Prepare cost estimates for quotations and conduct corresponding internal and external inquiries.

Your Profile:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, technical drafting with work experience, or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in composites or a comparable industry.
• Basic knowledge of lightweight structures and construction methods is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer and software skills (at least 1 CAD program, CATIA or SolidWorks preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both German and English (spoken and written).
