Description du poste
Key responsibilities:
- Quick and Partial service on Blancpain and Breguet watches
- Assisting the sales team in changing straps and adjusting bracelets
- Stock management and supply of accessories (Straps, links, buckles, etc.)
- Aesthetical entry control on new watches coming from production
- Stock watches: periodical control, quick and partial services
- Technical support to customer care and boutique sales teams
- Setting up of workshop statistics (services carried out & spare parts consumption) & sending them to the Head of Customer Service every end of the month.
- Supporting sister brands the Breguet and Harry Winston boutiques in Zurich.
Profil
Profile:
- Watchmaker / Federal diploma or a title deemed equivalent
- 2-3 years watchmaking experience, ideally in the field of customer service.
- High level of dexterity with a strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and identification
- Highly flexible and team oriented, with superior work ethic
- Good organization skills and attention to detail required
- Fluent in German; French and English are a plus
