In the Industrial X-Ray Modules division, we provide safer, more economical and breakthrough solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.

What you will do: 

• Lead and develop the global repair team in a Matrix-organization to provide best in class repair services to our customers
• Set and ensure consistent standards, processes and repair equipment in the IXM repair network
• Create training content on in-house repair and provide training to distributors and Comet repair sites
• Develop together with the technical experts repair concepts for new products
• Lead strategic projects in the area of in-house repair and services
  

What you bring:

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable field
• Sound leadership and management experience in a global service/repair role or similar function
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Management experience is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English and good written and spoken German
