To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Global Marketing, we are looking for a dedicated Global Marketing Content Lead (f/m/d), 100%.

Your tasks:

• Lead the development of content strategy & plan in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders
• Create & implement strategies for personalized content delivery to enhance customer engagement and retention
• Develop business-relevant value propositions and messaging strategies for marketing activities at Bachem
• Govern & collect potential content from within the organization
• Generate easy to understand and highly attractive content for Bachem's various communication channels
• Manage and oversee external content providers to ensure brand, messaging and value propositions are aligned with business interests and messaging strategy
• Set up processes and governance to ensure that content remains accessible, searchable, up-to-date, and useful for stakeholders

Your profile:

• 5 years or more of work experience in a corporate environment, ideally in a similar position, rendering possible to fulfill all required tasks
• Masters in life sciences (preferably chemistry, bio sciences or pharmaceutical sciences), PhD preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience with scientific writing, translating science into sell-able messaging
• Team player, enjoying working in a team on a global level
