In this role you are serving our biggest clients and prospects by organizing the E2E administration in a smooth and proactive way. You will be the right hand of the Head of Key Account & Tender Desk for Randstad Switzerland and will be responsible to ensure RFPs are answered comprehensively, accurately and punctually but also to liaise with Randstad Enterprise Strategic Customers and support business development in Switzerland. A customer oriented attitude and a mindset of continuous improvement are important assets in this respect. You are the end key person to do whatever it takes to help Randstad gain new and keep existing customers.
your typical day includes:
tender desk tasks:
- Respond to national and international tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
- Manage a quotation database and Tender intelligence dashboard
- Independently address inquiries coming from Enterprise level and provide market information with clarity and precision
- Create compelling customer presentations and initial solution design
- Assist in delivering presentations effectively
- Communicate effectively with various internal and external interfaces
- Perform translations German-English/English-German
- Communicate effectively on internal digital media platforms
sales enablement tasks:
- Provide support to internal employees with queries related to the TOP 40 accounts in Switzerland, offer guidance and assistance per need
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information impacting the market - Communicate information regarding new international contracts within the swiss organization
- Organize and conduct client discovery meetings and visits to facilitate the creation of local service agreements
- Ensure the successful implementation of these new local service agreements
- Coordinate the preparation of national and international reports regarding key accounts (TOP 40 and Randstad Enterprise Strategic Customers in Switzerland)
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in report submissions
what we ask for:
- + 5 years experience in the field is desirable and a proven track record of hands on execution
- Proven leadership in administrative matters and process improvement, experienced in setting up standardized processes and structures to run a smooth execution
- Accurate, rational way of working with strong eye for detail
- Ability to cope with work pressure (last minute changes, critical events)
- Autonomous way of working in a matrix environment & collaborative mindset
- Proven track record in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients in front or back office
- In depth understanding of market, market trends and clients - high commercial awareness
- Must be internet savvy and fully conversant in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Winning and open personality with very good communication skills and the feeling for commercial activities
- Openness to new ideas, ambition, out-of-the-box thinking, independent approach, enthusiasm and flexibility as well as endurance complete your profile
- Native German speaker and fluent in English. French would be a plus
- Possesses a strong personality capable of challenging both Branch Managers and District Managers effectively
- Demonstrates customer focus, commercial acumen, flexibility, strong planning skills, stress resilience, and results-oriented mindset
