Junior Recruiting Coordinator
On a daily basis you will
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule onsite interviews, candidate lunches and travels, coordinating across multiple time zones as needed.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Enter and maintain candidate data in our ATS, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Job Posting Management: Post job openings across multiple job boards, careers pages, and social media channels, and ensure postings are current.
- Interview Process Support: Prepare interview guides and materials for hiring managers, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and support debrief sessions post-interview.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with the recruiting team to identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
- Reporting & Metrics: Generate reports on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline) to support data-driven decisions.
- Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a coordinator role (internship or full-time).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent English level is mandatory.
