As an all-round mechanic, you independently perform maintenance and service activities on process installations and utilities within a pharmaceutical environment. In addition to maintenance activities, you also implement modifications in the installations.
Location – Amsterdam
Contract – Temp to Perm
Activities:
· You analyze problems, resolve malfunctions, perform measurements, assess measurements, and perform maintenance and modifications on mechanical, metrological and electrical components in our pharmaceutical factory to ensure that the various production processes perform optimally in accordance with the GMP requirements.
· You supervise and monitor the work of external companies that perform maintenance tasks on the various installations.
· You perform calibrations with regard to temperature, pressure, weight, flow, PH and conductivity.
· You carry out NEN inspections and set up measuring and control equipment.
· Work preparation tasks, such as selecting appropriate measuring equipment and materials, preparing necessary documentation, and researching and selecting equipment and materials for orders.
· Performing administrative tasks related to the position, such as handling work permits, orders/tickets, entering calibration data in SAP and time registration.
· You provide technical advice in the specific field to, among others, the project department, the internal maintenance and calibration department, and the internal customer.
· Carrying out mechanical work, such as installing (control) valves, electric motors coupled to agitators, pumps, etc.
Job requirements:
· Completed MBO training in the field of electrical engineering and instrumentation, and/or measurement and control technology, preferably with a specialization in Calibration.
· Work experience in the field of E&I, Measurement and control and/or calibration and/or electrical engineering.
· Experience with PLC, measurement and control technology and/or instrumentation and/or electrical engineering.
· Experience in setting up, testing and installing measuring and control equipment, including transmitters, frequency controllers, (control) valves, electric motors coupled to agitators, pumps, etc.
· It is an advantage if you have work experience related to process technology, petrochemistry, in the food and/or pharmaceutical industry. Familiar with the rules surrounding GMP and/or ISO
