Cognizant is expanding its team and seeking flexible, full-time Senior Operations Analysts in Wealth Management. Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
- Oversee and manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
- Assist corporate clients in resolving transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services, ensuring queries are resolved to client satisfaction within agreed service levels.
- Coordinate between clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners such as custodians.
- Ensure efficient operations across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring high standards of client service and operational excellence.
Skills and Experience:
- 1-6 years experience in client servicing within financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers.
- In-depth understanding of securities and global custody products.
- Strong F2B knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with processing knowledge of confirmations and settlements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic German and fluent English proficiency.
