You will be responsible for various overarching and regional procurement projects, including tenders for inflight items as well as items required by our SWISS colleagues. You will collaborate closely with leadership and members of the regional procurement team, as well as within the LHG.
- Supporting the category management teams of SWISS and LHG in their ongoing development and daily operations (Regional Procurement Switzerland, Passenger Experience Procurement, Logistics Procurement)
- Assisting the inflight team with operational activities
- Participating in or taking a leading role in strategic procurement projects within the assigned categories at the SWISS/LHG level
- Handling administrative tasks and supporting regional procurement in Switzerland for the SWISS eShop
- Learning Supply Chain best practices and/or tools (e.g., source-to-contract, procure-to-pay process)

- Workload Specification: For this position, an 80-100% workload is preferred.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in the field of business administration or (industrial) engineering, preferably with a focus on supply chain management, logistics, or IT (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- Ability to learn new systems and to work consciously, independently, and as a team player
- Fluent in English and German with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Advanced user knowledge of MS-Office Products
- Structured and analytical person with high conceptual skills and the ability to think logically
