Manager / Senior Manager - Analytics & Automation

Your Impact
- Collaborate with the team to source high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients across various industries, including Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products, and Public Services.
- Enable clients to leverage their data innovatively by proposing holistic end-to-end solutions, ensuring successful delivery and value generation in line with clients' needs.
- Assist clients in advancing digitization by gathering their requirements and proposing state-of-the-art solutions.
- Challenge the status quo, seek necessary information, understand the challenges at hand, and communicate ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Apply and continue learning best practices in technology, data engineering, analytics, and consulting approaches.
Your Skill Set
- Hold a degree (bachelor's, master's, or diploma) preferably in business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or any engineering discipline.
- Possess 7+ years of work experience focusing on data engineering, analytics, or automation. Consulting experience is a plus.
- Experienced in sourcing, preparing, and delivering end-to-end solutions to internal or external clients.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and technological proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
- Fluent in German and English, willing to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally internationally. French language skills are a plus.
