Global Customer Service OPEX Manager - Field Service

We are seeking a dedicated Global OPEX Specialist for our Field Service. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing efficiency through innovative concepts, tools, and processes, supporting regions in their daily operations, and developing a strong global community.

- You lead the definition, documentation, and implementation of foundational standards for the field service business.
- You ensure the availability and application of standards for field service.
- You drive the development value stream for field service as a SAFe product manager.
- You support the regions in driving operational excellence in field service and creating transparency with KPIs (SQCDP).
- You shape the global strategy for field service and maintaining the community around the globe while taking up the needs from the regions regarding tools and processes.
- You proactively monitor TO, DB1 and CD and make sure the regions are driving actions to improve.
- You have a higher technical and/or commercial education.
- Ideally, you have 3-5 years of work experience preferably in field service, business engineering or operational excellence.
- You are capable to define and execute the process development roadmaps and strategies.
- You have a Strong entrepreneurial attitude and approach paired with structure and project management skills.
- You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are proficient in German and English written and spoken.
