Your challenges
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical sub-systems
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair products
- Follow work instructions and drawings with precision and consistency
- Provide feedback to the engineering team to refine assembly processes
- Maintain an organized workflow and workstation
- Receive and inspect components
- Conduct indoor assembly tests according to established procedures
- Monitor and report on component and assembly quality
- Track component inventory related to build schedules
- Perform other assigned duties
Your skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience
- Ability to assemble complex electro-mechanical systems using engineering drawings
- Keen eye for detail, technical aptitude, and a desire to learn
- Preferred experience handling ESD-sensitive components and following ESD-safety best practices
- Proven ability to proactively meet production timelines
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and/or MS Office
- Experience in an international company is a plus
- Fluency in English and German required; additional languages are a plus
