For our customer based in La Vallée de Joux, we are seeking a
Key Account / Business Development Manager
Your Mission:
For your allocated existing customers:
- Represent the company and serve the interests of the customers.
- Monitor the customer's strategy and requirements and align our strategy accordingly.
- Coordinate all customer RFQ activities.
- Address P&L issues with plants and the customer.
- Grow the business with the customer and build the annual budget.
- Coordinate all activities related to the customer, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and SCM, in collaboration with the corresponding Program Managers.
- Sell all company's services.
For your prospects:
- Develop your markets by dedicating approximately 50% of your time to prospecting and networking.
- Win new prospects and markets that align with company's capabilities, contributing significantly to top-line growth.
- Present an attractive value proposition to new prospects and secure significant opportunities.
- Build trust at all levels within the prospect's organization
Profile:
- Master's degree in Engineering, with some experience in the electronic industry.
- Several years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Customer-centric with a positive attitude: attentive, negotiation skills, respectful.
- Autonomous, efficient, organized, rigorous, and able to manage through influence.
- Focused on customer satisfaction while defending company's interests.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills.
- Results-driven, with significant contributions to top-line growth and EBITDA.
- Fluent in oral and written French, English, and German.
- Available for frequent face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects as required (minimum 50% travel time).
