- Lead the HR department, including recruiting, negotiating salaries, staff development and administration, actively engaging in all tasks.
- Support in conflict resolution.
- Onboarding of manager´s and contribute to maintain healthy company culture.
- Identify key talent inside and outside the organization.
- Oversee monthly payroll processes.
- Oversee the personnel insurance portfolio, conducting regular reviews and renegotiating contracts when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure legal compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations.
- Conduct strategic resource planning, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing and managing the recruitment process, and managing the onboarding process of new team members.
- Serve as an HR Business Partner, offering guidance and support to managers on various HR topics.
- Planning and implementing training programs for team members.
- Drive digitalization and innovation within the HR department.
- Managing systems and processes for conducting regular employee performance appraisals, salary reviews, and managing the performance-based bonus programme to motivate and drive high performance.
- Maintaining and promoting TKP?s positive work culture and monitoring employee satisfaction on a regular basis.
- A proven track record in Human Resources, with knowledge of payroll processes.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent command of both German and English, French is a plus
- Operational knowledge of key HR processes and hands-on experience, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing organizational needs.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience recruiting for highly specialised roles, such as highly skilled medical doctors, professors, and executives.
- Passion for driving positive change within the HR function and the overall organization.
- Tech savvy, proficiency in O365. Experience with Personio and Abacus is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare settings is a plus.
