At our Balzers site, we‘re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. Crafting a compelling online presence, executing digital campaigns and fostering effective communication across all channels.

Scope of work:

• Event Maestro: Plan, execute and evaluate internal and external events (trade shows, conferences, employee and management events) ensuring seamless logistics, budget management and on-site coordination.
• B2B Content & Digital Pro: Creates impactful marketing materials & optimizes online presence (incl. social media) for a unified voice & seamless user experience.
• Communication Bridge: Support corporate communications efforts by ensuring clear and unified messaging for both internal and external audiences.
• Internal Champion: Crafts compelling internal communications regarding marketing initiatives, goals and progress, ensuring employees are informed and aligned.
• ROI Analyzer: Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing spend to maximize return on investment.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years‘ experience in international marketing (matrix orga. preferred).
• Event pro: Proven track record in logistics, budget management and vendor coordination.
• Marketing savvy: Strong understanding of advertising, PR principles and online marketing channels (SEO, content marketing, etc.).
• Excellent written & verbal communication in German & English.
• Team player: Collaborative with a „can-do“ attitude.
