We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Support Level 2 professional to join our team on a full-time permanent contract in Geneva. As part of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our 150 associates across the bank.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing desk support for Level 2 IT matters
• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Collaborating with team members in Geneva and across Europe
• Ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and equipment
• Delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

We have outlined the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
• Very good knowledge of MS Windows Platforms, Windows 11 and Office 365
• Fluent in English, any other language an asset
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of IT systems and equipment
• Relevant certifications in IT support or related field (preferred)
