Your key responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding the foundational aspect of master data for the digitalization and automation of processes.
- Facilitate discussions with main stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of the latest ERP and data management technology solutions suited to client needs, and the management of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Cooperate with local and international colleagues across EY.
- Contribute to the development of the Technology Consulting Practice by supporting client proposals, internal initiatives, and recruiting activities.
Skills and attributes for success
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record of achievement.
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management / Governance in Material, Customer / Supplier or Finance Master Data.
- Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA data management or data migration, and experience with MDM tools (SAP MDG, Informatica or similar).
- Experience with process mapping or business process re-engineering, especially in Life Sciences / Consumer / Manufacturing industry; previous experience in Consulting is strongly preferred.
- The following points are seen as significant advantages:
- Relevant certifications: SAP MDG, Informatica or similar tools, Data Architecture, Project Management methodologies, Agile processes
- Experience implementing data governance and management technologies, including data architecture and cleansing
- An understanding of Business Information ecosystems, integrations and interfaces
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, growth mindset, and drive for results.
- Full professional proficiency in English; good knowledge of German is a strong advantage, any other language is considered a plus.
- Interest in traveling locally and internationally.
