Manager / Senior Manager – Public Sector -Technology Strategy & Transformation Consulting
- Lead and support exciting technology strategy and transformation projects for our Public sector clients.
- Be part of the broader Public Consulting Community, consisting of more than 60 highly motivated and like-minded colleagues with a passion on making a positive impact on society.
- Work closely with senior technology management and develop digital/technology strategies as well as solve strategic questions around our clients technology operating model. This could include focus areas regarding IT governance, IT performance, IT Business Partnering, IT portfolio management and IT process management
- Develop creative, high-quality solutions to solve our client's strategic challenges by combining our PwC industry expertise and technology know-how. You play a pivotal role in advancing our (cross industry) Technology Strategy & Transformation service offering,drive the acquisition of new projects and cultivating enduring client relationships.
- Work in an inspiring team and an international network, receive regular feedback from colleagues and superiors and have access to first-class training in the areas of technical know-how and soft skills.

- Mentor emerging talents, guiding their professional and career development through your leadership in projects and commit to fostering an environment of learning, performance and passion.
- Scientific and/or technical background (especially computer science, mathematics, natural sciences and engineering) or in economics and 6 to 9 years of experience in leading and supporting strategic technology or transformation projects.
- Proven track record in leading and managing technology consulting projects in the Public sector (e.g. Swiss government, cantons, other public near institutions etc.)
- Preferably, experience in consulting and methodological and technical skills. Furthermore, expertise in common methodologies and frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, IPMA, PRINCE, SCRUM, HERMES etc.).
- Ability to quickly grasp complex scenarios and interrelationships and addressing them with solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Interest in the further development of the team and the expansion of the service offering and initiative to shape them both. Ideally, experience in leadership and/or coaching of employees.
