For our estimated client, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant available part-time.Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, expense reports; preparing correspondence, agendas and meetings minutes
- To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Support and coordinate to ensure projects are planned, managed, financially controlled and all stakeholders are involved
- Proactive contact with suppliers, lawyers and other stakeholders
- Assist with contractual reviews
- Occasional travel might be involved
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in providing support for upper-level management
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and remote conference services
- C2 written and spoken English
