System Administrator E-Learning (m/w) 80-100%
Your tasks:
Responsible for the global Learning Management System (Moodle/Totara), i.e. managing user access, setting up trainings and certifications, customizing modules, evaluating the technical feasibility of e-learning training requests and managing external vendors related to the Bank's Learning Management System (LMS)
Provide guidance and e-learning advice to various stakeholders on all levels
Create meaningful training reports/ analysis and conduct periodical reviews of the existing training landscape
Your profile:
Completed commercial apprenticeship
Additional training in the area of E-Learning Administration or at least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of a global LMS
Excellent Microsoft Office skills as well as experience with LMS systems Moodle/Totara
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with various stakeholder in different departments across the globe
Hands-on mentality and capability to work independently
Fluency in German and English
