Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
- Develop online and offline communication materials based on briefs from internal/external stakeholders.
- Take charge of every design phase, from concept to production.
- Uphold brand visuals and guidelines across internal and external platforms.
- Bring fresh ideas to support marketing and sales activities.
- Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs.
- Select and retouch visuals for campaigns, social media, newsletters, and more.
- Create branded materials like billboards, ads, magazines, flyers, banners, email campaigns, websites, and sales materials.
- Prepare print materials, liaise with printers, and oversee production.
- Ensure quality control, maintaining alignment with marketing goals and strengthening brand recognition.
- Manage and catalog all graphic assets for easy access and backup.
Qualifications and skills
- 10+ years of experience in on- and offline graphic design.
- Native-level German and strong proficiency in French and English.
- Energy and drive for campaigns and projects.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, handling multiple projects seamlessly.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office Suite, HTML5, CSS.
