The Regional and Divisional Client Office is a department within the Swiss Bank COO function. Our mission is to own and to orchestrate top client reviews for most high-risk clients of the region and the division in close collaboration with Business Area’s, Risk and Compliance functions.
As part of a team, you are responsible to create and maintain top client (risk) assessments. You ensure the high-quality assessments and act as central point of contact for risk information for top clients, but you are also responsible to promote an open dialogue with the Front Units and other stakeholders, to ensure transparency, to improve and simplify the risk assessments. You will contribute to the development of the new department. You will define further measures to achieve the following goals: efficient and holistic risk assessments for high-risk clients (incl. holistic client risk assessment tool), holistic overview and control of conditions and exceptions, maintenance of divisional and regional client list.

You Offer
- Ideally University degree in banking/economics or equivalent banking or finance education
- At least 5 years of expertise in Banking (ideally Corporate Banking/ Institutional Clients), Financial Services or Consulting with focus on risk management, Compliance and/or project management and exposure to regulatory requirements and change initiatives
- Ability to perform excellent business partner management & communication across different seniority levels and various parts of the organization, including front units as well as the second Line of Defense
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team, willing to go above and beyond
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required
