Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Sales Excellence Specialist to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. Your main focus will be to implement processes and resources to drive sales excellence, brand experience and profitability for the DACH market. You will be a part of the broader Sales Excellence team to stay connected with the regional and global development of the function.
• Act as liaison with the Sales team
• Support Account Management of Preferred Partners, Technology& Interline partners across DACH
• Support Sales Intelligence, performance & Analyticsreporting
• Support local training programmes
• Conga Contract Management
• Sales Force Super User
• Support QBR / commercial review meetings
• Support trade events both advisor and consumer, seminars, roadshows, consumer nights, large trade shows, both virtual and in person. Leverage VR and exp360 tool
• Crisis Management support
• Executive Reporting & Finance queries
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury travel or hospitality in a customer facing or sales support role (cruise industry experience is ideal)
• Strong planning, organizational and budgeting skills
• Excellent understanding of luxury service and operations – specifically in sales distribution B2B and B2C.
• Great experience with contract management, reservation, sales automation, and CRM
• Excellent training and communication skills
• Thinks entrepreneurially, demonstrates initiative and accountability.
• Skilled in working with diverse stakeholders and delivering with excellence
• Fluency in German and English, (French would be a plus)
Right to work in Germany, full time position starting in October 2024, based out of the Munich Office with the possibility to work 1 day remotely
