Responsibilities

• Create label text translations using a translation database and approve the translations regarding study-specific, internal, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor the project schedule, coordinating projects from label text translation to the delivery of labels to the packaging department.
• Ensure effective project management and communication with relevant parties to meet project requirements.
• Advise the responsible project manager on determining the label text in compliance with international regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
• Ensure that GMP quality and safety standards are met in Label Translation according to internal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree and/or at least 2 years of experience in the clinical supplies space (packaging/labeling operations).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a GMP environment.
• Very good Microsoft Office skills.
• Results-oriented.
• Team player.
