Technical Support Engineer / Specialist 60 - 100 % (f/m/d)
How you can make a difference:
Planning, communication and execution of technical distributor audits
Ensure that the communication, timing, implementation and results of the global service partner audit program meet our objectives and that any non-conformances are tracked and corrected in a timely manner
Recording customer complaints with full information and documentation in the complaints system
Provide technical training to users as required
Perform remote troubleshooting
Act as company ambassador when visiting customers
That's what you bring along:
Completed apprenticeship in the field of electronics or mechanics
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role would be of advantage
Experience with EU and FDA medical device regulation and/or local authorities (SwissMedic, BfArM) would be of advantage
Proven experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics and/or troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices
High customer service skills, positive attitude, and ability to communicate with others clearly and tactfully. Strong customer orientation
Good computer literacy, standard operating systems + MS Office
Speaks/writes/reads English and German (fluent or native speaker)
Travel requirements up to 50% (international)
