Program Manager - Transportation & Logistics - RM Group AG
Program Manager – Transportation & Logistics vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Defining and establishing the program’s governance framework to ensure effective decision-making and accountability
- Partnering closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to define the program scope, deliverables, and implementation plans
- Managing program communications and ensure alignment between the different teams involved in the program
- Developing and maintaining a central risk and issue register to analyze, evaluate, and manage program risks effectively
- Working with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the initiative
- Preparing program reports and facilitate meetings with the program sponsors and Steering Committee
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in programme management
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Proficiency in SAP ECC system, particularly in Supply Chain Management
- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and GxP validation
- Experience with Agile Project Management Methodologies would be advantageous
