HR Business Partner
- Supporting line managers in the assigned area (including organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, retention)
- Performing the role of sparring partner for the line
- Management of employee lifecycle processes
- Collaboration/management of HR projects
- Advice & Consulting of the line managers
- Concept & strategy
- Support lines with operative requirements
Your profile
- Proven, long-term experience as HR Business Partner at senior level with an advantage in an industrial/technical environment
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with further training in HRM, HR manager or similar
- Experience in leading/supporting change processes and projects
- Knowledge of agile forms of work and organisation (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc.)
- Ability to move at all hierarchical levels and at eye level with your counterpart
- Good written and spoken English skills
