A successfull global finance company who has years of experience providing comprehensive wealth management services is searching for a Client Relationship Manager who is achieving superior long-term financial performance by following a highly disciplined investment process that takes into consideration both liquid and private market assets.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting families in managing complex ownership structures and establishing proper family governance
  • Implementation and supervision of clients' transactional requests to ensure alignment between portfolio allocation and their risk profile
  • Evaluation of clients' requirements and potential based on their risk profile, aligning financial guidance with the corresponding investment approach
  • Specialized expertise and knowledge in developing solutions for clients in the generation, administration, and transfer of their wealth
  • Establishment of a reputation as an adaptable and achievement-oriented CRM
  • Advancement of investment services and offerings with the objective of achieving full client satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe
  • Oversight of existing client portfolios and asset accounts
  • Tailored solutions and services provided through a comprehensive advisory method for our sophisticated high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth clients

Your profile

  • Skill in establishing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are recognized and fulfilled
  • Essential proficiency in English. Knowledge of German/Italian/Spanish/French would be an added advantage
  • Demonstrated successful history of at least 3-5 years of pertinent experience as a Relationship Manager
  • Specialized technical proficiency in varying asset classes and their respective instruments/products (including private market investments, stocks, interest rates, foreign exchange markets, derivatives, as well as macroeconomics, financial theory, portfolio management, and asset allocation)
  • Capability to discern clients' requirements and offer high-quality guidance, updates on financial market trends, and on clients' portfolios
  • Motivation and commitment to excel in a goal-oriented and high-performance environment
  • Specialized expertise and knowledge in developing solutions for clients in the generation, administration, and transfer of their wealth
  • Establishment of a reputation as an adaptable and achievement-oriented CRM
  • High-quality work output, precise record-keeping, keen attention to detail, and adept at organizing and prioritizing workload
