We at Propportunity are a spin-off from Crowdhouse's technology department with 25 employees. Together, we have built the most successful real estate platform for the purchase and sale of co-investment real estate properties in Switzerland (CHF 2 billion in real estate transactions).
Our mission is to make international direct real estate investments easy and by doing so enabling individual investors to invest like the large investors of this world invest.
In order to achieve this we have built a franchise system that we offer to franchise partners across DACH, Europe and eventually globally. The business model (franchising) as well as the step to move abroad make this a unique and entrepreneurial venture within an established company that has the means to make an impact, and the people to learn from. Our start-up is revolutionizing the real estate market by providing an innovative real estate platform designed specifically for franchisees. Our platform enables real estate companies to streamline their transactions, optimize the sales process and provide customers with a first-class digital experience. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to help us acquire new franchise partners and establish our platform in the market.
Your impact
Global responsibility of the Marketing Team
- Implementation & Execution of marketing strategies:
Implementing holistic marketing strategies to acquire franchisees using our platform
Carrying out market analyses to identify target groups, market trends and competitors
Develop marketing campaigns that emphasize the benefits of our platform for potential franchise partners
- Lead generation and acquisition:
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through various channels such as email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and events
Developing partnerships and networks with potential franchisees and relevant industry players
Maintaining and expanding contacts with potential franchise partners and supporting the acquisition process
- Events and trade fairs:
Organizing and participating in industry events, trade fairs and webinars to promote the company and acquire franchisees
Presenting the platform at events and maintaining relationships with potential partners
- Analysis and reporting:
Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance based on KPIs and preparing regular reports for management
Continuous optimization of marketing measures based on the collected data and feedback from the market
Your qualifications
Degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in the B2B sector or in the real estate industry
Experience in the acquisition and support of franchise partners an advantage
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEA and content marketing
Creativity and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Analytical skills and experience using marketing tools and CRM systems
High level of initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment
