Due to the strong growth of Cicor, we are expanding our Group Finance team with a Group Controlling Manager. In this role, you will report to the VP Finance and Controlling and be part of the Group Finance team, which masters the challenges of a fast-growing listed group through acquisitions. You will lead the monthly reporting process in close cooperation with the Group Accounting Manager and be in constant contact with the global finance managers and the functions in the Corporate Center.

Job description:

• Consolidation of monthly financial figures in Cognos Controller in cooperation with the Group Accounting Manager
• Analyzing and commenting on the course of business and the rolling forecast. Collaboration in the reporting to the Board of Directors and management
• Review of the subsidiaries' financial data and intercompany reconciliation
• Finance Business Partner for some of the Cicor Group companies, broken down by region
• Coordination of the annual budget process and mid-term planning
• Coordination of intra-group cost allocations and transfer pricing
• Collaboration on the consolidated financial statements to be published in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER
• Analysis and preparation of financial data, preparation of presentations
• Leading and participating in finance projects, e.g. the implementation of a group-wide BI solution
• Financial integration of new acquisitions and support of the Cicor corporate team in M&A processes

Ideal experience and skills:

• Degree in economics with additional education in controlling
• Experience in Group Controlling in the manufacturing industry, ideally in an international listed environment, or in the operational controlling of a company
• Knowledge in international accounting (FER, IFRS)
• Experience with common ERP systems, consolidation tools (ideally Cognos Controller) as well as common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and BI tools
• Fluent in German and English
• Team-oriented personality with a flair for numbers and processes
