For a dynamic online company we're looking for a Finance assistant.

The candidate will support the Finance department and will be mainly responsible for the following activities:

• drafting of accounting entries;
• managing general and analytical accounting;
• managing the main administrative tasks;
• supporting the drafting of the consolidated financial statements and quarterly reports;
• supporting the team in administrative and management control tasks;
• receiving and verifying invoices payable;
• checking VAT registers and periodic VAT settlements.

• accounting diploma (It: Diploma di Ragioneria) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics;
• at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or in an auditing company;
• confidentiality;
• autonomy, accuracy, reliability, and excellent organizational skills;
• knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) and good knowledge of the English language will be considered as preferential requirements.
