Technical Support Engineer After Sales (m/f/d)
- In an internationally operating industrial company specializing in high-quality machines and services for the construction industry, you will be responsible for the technical support in projects, working in a team of 8 people
- You will provide essential international customer support via the support line and with your technical knowledge in areas such as troubleshooting and remote maintenance of the systems
- You are responsible for coordinating, advising, and training the field technicians as well as the national and international customers
- You are an important link between the technologies, customers and internal employees and work closely with various departments to ensure that the business runs smoothly
- You have technical training in the electrical field (electrician, electrical engineer, automation technician etc.) or similar
- You have experience in the electrical and systems sector and are well versed in drive, control and measurement technology
- You are skilled in the area of IT and technology
- You enjoy working with clients and have a open and communicative approach
- You are business fluent in French and have a good command of English, while knowledge of German is a big plus
- Responsible and varied field of activity
