To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Sales and Marketing Manager

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our bioprinting machines, increase our market share and reinforce our position as a leader in the bioprinting industry. In addition to managing a team of 2 Field Application Engineers and 2 Customer Support Technicians, you will actively engage in direct sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Personally drive sales activities from lead generation to deal closure, including team management and operational structuring.
  • Develop and execute the strategic sales and go-to-market plan.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, including managing Key Accounts and strategic collaborations.
  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team, ensuring consistent use of tools and methods.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals and manage the CRM database to track client interactions.
  • Optimize sales processes and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Management for integrated efforts and alignment.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences and oversee the creation of marketing materials.
  • Conduct market analysis and develop branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to align with product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • MS/BS degree, preferably in business, sales, or a technical field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in international technical B2B sales, preferably with components, laboratory equipment, or devices.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Track record of managing a small commercial team.
  • Strong negotiating skills at all hierarchical levels.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Hands-on Sales Manager, with a collaborative, structured, and accountable approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
