As the Head of Compliance you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance risk and for supporting Tillotts` headquarter as well as its European affiliates in all compliance related matters.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Be responsible for developong and implementing a robust healthcare compliance program that effectively prevents violations of applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and internal policies as well as Tillotts`Code of Business Ethics
• Provide regular training on the compliance program and review its effectiveness on a regular basis
• Handle approval requests from clients and review relevant (non-) promotional material
• Advise on compliance questions and propose appropriate actions for ensuring compliance
• Perform third party due diligences on potential new partners in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
• Conduct investigations in case of reported or otherwise detected compliance issues and develop corrective action plans in alignment with relevant internal departments
• Present regular compliance updates to the Senior Management Committee and liaise with the Japanese mother company, if and as needed
• Lead a team of 2 colleagues

Who you are

• Master of law, preferably with the admission to the Swiss or European bar
• 8-10 years of experience in working in an international environment (in-house or law firm)
• Knowledge of pharma compliance as well as leadership experience are a must
• Highly motivated to work in a performance- oriented environment
• An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
• High level of efficiency and attention to detail
• Fluent in German and English
