As a member of our team in our Rostering Office, you will be responsible for the Air Traffic Management employee's rostering / workforce planning. Your main tasks will be :
- Autonomous workforce planning of one or several units thanks to your advanced expertise in the use of the rostering tool and in the implementation of the respective rules
- Participation in the change management process for improving the rostering tool
- Coaching and supervising of junior and professional rostering staff
- Point of contact for employees, line managers and heads of units for user assistance
- Responsible for respective reporting in the relevant area of the job
- Act as advisor/sparring-partner for line managers and the heads of units in the area of responsibility
Your Profile:
- Federal Vocational Education and Training in commercial business (EFZ) or equivalent Diploma
- Extended and proven experience in rostering activities / Workforce planning
- Proficiency in the Swiss Labor law, the CLAs and other appropriate regulations (e.g. fatigue management)
- Team player with excellent communication skills and outstanding customer-service orientation
- Analytical, advanced problem-solving/decision making abilities, flexible and open to change
- Fluency in German and English, French as an asset
