Implement, manage and embed the community strategy as part of the group communication strategy to enable value creation within the network of customers passionate about Vorwerk. Lead and support the country community champions teams to increase engagement and member retention and advocate the communities internally across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as point of entry for the Vorwerk Newsroom (entities and countries) in terms of specific topics in close cooperation with the VI-Marketing-Team.
- Enable smooth workflows between Newsroom and Vorwerk International.
- Enable easy access to information and insights within the Newsroom Framework.
- Ensure the alignment of entities and countries by taking part in regular Daily and Weekly Newsroom meetings and by reporting the latest insights.
- Proactively screen content and communication activities for duplications across countries.
- Managing the field of the "Community Stars" in close cooperation with the affected countries.
- Operational implementation of topics in the area of internal and external communication incl. corporate social media.
- Preparation of information, wordings, narratives, Q&As, etc. for the international sales organizations.
- Proactively screen content and communication activities for duplications across countries and on Corporate Level.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
- Min. 1-2 years of online community management and PR/Social Media experience.
- Confident knowledge of MS Office applications, CMS and project planning systems.
- Working knowledge with Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter and/or YouTube.
- Exceptional communication skills - fluent in English, other Central & Southern. European languages will be considered a plus.
- Understanding of SEO & SEM strategies to be used for online content.
- Be experienced in publishing to the web via a digital Content Management System.
- Critical thinking and understanding of when or not to engage in online conversations.
- Deep understanding of online communities, social networks and keeps abreast of online trends and developments.
- Experience implementing tactical digital community management plans and expertise in engaging and activating online communities.
- Experience using social media monitoring.
- Experience establishing metrics, developing insights and reporting on outcomes.
- An interest in the food and cooking.
- Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate internationally.
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills, decision-making ability and goal-oriented action.
