HEAD ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT / PROCESS DESIGNER

Our client is a successful Start-Up FINTECH in the Zug area. On his behalf we are looking for a smart talent, who is thinking out of the box.
YOUR CHALLENGE
You work closely with technical experts, architects and business stakeholders
You align technical solutions to the corporate business needs
You will evaluate emerging technologies, architectural patterns and open source initiatives to advance enterprise architectures
You develop new products and services aligned with the business
You support the company in the expansion strategy with IT solutions
You are responsible in designing and articulating enterprise data architectures
You will document and build consensus around critical architecture decisions
Reporting to the Board / Management
You will prepare Functional and Technical Design assets
You will map Business Processes on the IT Landscape and define requirements for the customization of Business Applications & Systems
You will identify Interfaces
You will prepare Interface Designs with End-2-End Data Mappings
You will carry out a variety of senior Business Analyst activities such as Requirements Discovery and Management
You will establish the metamodel and design Framework
You will identify the supporting tools and utilities to establish the new practice of Enterprise Architecture Design including Business Architecture, Integration Architecture, Data Architecture and Technical Architecture
You will have to quickly learn and pick up the knowhow of the most important Business Applications / Systems within the IT Landscape (at least on the capabilities, data model and API level)
You will work closely with other Application Architects (Core Baking, DLT Platform, etc.)
You will support the Product Owners to formulate the User Stories within the Product Backlog to fit the Enterprise Architecture design and requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Must
University Degree in Computer Science, Systems Management, Business Administration or similar
5-10 years of relevant experience as an ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT in the Financial / Security Industriy (Bank or other)
Experience in a Big4 is a big advantage
You already led a team of EA
Cross-business-domain knowhow is a must
Strong knowhow with UML 2.0, BPMN 2.0
Strong knowledge in Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Technical Architecture & Solution Architecture Models
Knowledge with Integration Patterns & Standards
Exposure to Enterprise Architect Frameworks (such as TOGAF)
Excellent English skills
Highly analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills
B permit, European National or Swiss

Experience with the Swiss Regulatory Environment / FINMA
Experience with a Securities Firm
Experience with a Big4 Consulting Firm
Acting as a Scrum Product Owner & Product Owner Certification
Experience with SOA, BPM, EDA, Microservices
Passionate following up the latest innovation, disruption and trends in Technology
Experience with different technologies, program languages,
Experience with Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, MS Visio
Experience with General IT Controls
Knowhow with Google Cloud Plattform, Blockchain Technology (Hyperledger Fabric)
Knowledge with IT Infrastructure and Network Design
Strong presentation skills
