Senior Manager UX Design (m/f/d)
- Collaboratively shape the vision and strategy for the UX department to make sure the products and solutions are appealing and captivating for our clientele and end-users.
- Establish a business environment that promotes seamless collaboration and cooperation among various departments, ensuring the effective implementation of strategic plans.
- Serve as the UX expert and collaborator for Project Managers, Launch Managers, and Marketing leads to formulate a cohesive product and solution strategy.
- Oversee and steer solutions from initial design concepts to final launch and subsequent analysis.
- Champion the product to its users, providing insights into the product’s worth and functionality.
- Persistently aim to enhance the customer’s experience at every point of contact, including product and digital touchpoints.
- Guarantee the inclusion of UX throughout the entire innovation process.
- Cultivate a culture of ongoing enhancement, motivating the team to stay updated with UX, design, and healthcare industry trends, as well as emerging technologies.
- Possession of a university degree in fields like Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related area of study.
- A decade of professional experience in roles focused on user-centered product development or UX design, encompassing all touchpoints (both digital and analogue).
- Proven experience in leading UX teams.
- Experience in incorporating UX priorities into the innovation pathway process landscape and within a broad business context.
- Possess strong analytical abilities paired with a comprehensive business mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet internal deadlines.
- Capability to articulate complex information and data clearly.
- Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools, for instance, Figma.
- Knowledge of hearing aid technology or related medical devices, as well as experience in designing mobile and web applications (for both iOS and Android).
