Business Manager
Your main tasks will be:
- Preparing in depth analysis of different market data, technology suppliers and other vendorsanalysis using predominantly Excel formulations. This would be your focus taking about 70% of your time.
- Office management- organizing the office supplies ensuring the office is organised and well-maintained.
- Managing the contact with external suppliers ensuring contracts and documents are up to date, invoices are paid etc.
- Supporting the team on various administrative tasks such as invoicing, travel arrangements, documentation preparation etc.
- Organization of team events.

- Fluent in English and German B1+.
