Your experience could come from AP, AR or GL as a senior accountant or lead accountant.
Role Highlights:
- Lead new system implementations, such a SAP Ariba and enhance financial reporting
- Oversee transactions, payments, and regulatory filings.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Drive strategic projects and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to associates.
- Support Europe Treasury functions.
Qualifications:
- 5 years+ of Finance experience to include accounts payable as well as generalist accounting.
- Used to working within a corporate, international and fast-paced environment.
- Experience optimizing work processes + multiple cost centers globally.
- Your experience could come from AP, AR or GL as a senior accountant or lead accountant.
- Change management and data analysis expertise.
- Knowledge of GAAP (Swiss, UK, Luxembourg etc).
- VAT/GST proficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, and Concur Invoice is a strong plus.
- Already living and working in the Geneva area ("cross-border" accepted).
